SWIFT

SWIFT is an object launched in 2004 in a low earth orbit, between 286 and 289 km above the Earth. It completes one orbit every 90 minutes, about 16 times a day, on a path tilted 20.6° to the equator. That tilt means it can pass over places as far north and south as 21° latitude.
